Linnea - 4/5/2019

Linnea ate brown rice and two servings of raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate hamburger stew with meat, green beans, carrots, and tomatoes.  She also ate a whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots.

Yesterday I talked in the Blog about Linnea and Svea playing in the igloo - Svea inside and Linnea trying to put a doll blanket over the entrance.  This morning Linnea wanted to do it again and was motioning Svea to go in the igloo.  Linnea said, "Svea, Svea, in here Svea."  Svea totally knew what Linnea wanted and got off the floor and went in the igloo.  It was SO cute!!  And Linnea started trying to cover the entrance again.

I was holding Callahan and Linnea crawled up beside us on the couch.  I asked, "What's his name?" Linnea said, "Gideon!"  Haha!  I said, "no, it's Callahan."  Linnea said, "NOOOO!!"  LOL That cracked me up.  So we repeated that 3 or 4 times with the exact same results.  Ha!!

First two pictures - Linnea came in wearing this hat so I put it on backwards!  She left it on for probably 10 minutes and then she said, "On cubby."  You are so smart Linnea.  Ok, I'll put it on your cubby.  Then I fixed her hair and she went back to the same mirror at the same spot.  And this time she was kissing herself.  Ha!

Last picture: The big girls were doing preschool activities and I was hanging out with these two little characters while Callahan was taking a nap.  I had the camera in selfie mode and I like this picture how Linnea and Svea are looking at each other.

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea - 2/3/2020

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/8/2020

Linnea ate some bran cereal and a few raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat pita bread, two servings of cucumber, two servings of avocado, and two servings of pears. This first picture is taken right after waving bye to Momma Megan.  Atley is a big girl, but from this angle, plus the fact she's on the top of the bench back railing, it makes her look huge and Linnea tiny. Funny picture.  They were looking at a worm taking refuge from the wet grass laying on the sidewalk again.  They got excited when it moved.  "It's moving Gary!  It's moving!!" Next picture; All five girls were playing on the balance beam and it was their "airplane."  Nora was actually the one that got this started while playing with Svea and Linnea.  Avi and Atley soon joined them and when I took the picture Atley said, "Ok everybody get on the airplane.  Put your seatbelts on."  :)  The picture makes it obvious that Avi and Atley kind...
