Linnea - 7/30/2018
Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast. For lunch she ate most of everything: ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, olives, tomatoes, and watermelon.
It is nice to have Linnea back today! :) Hudson was gone to Denver on Friday and he'll be back tomorrow. I took this first picture of Linnea just a couple minutes after she arrived this morning. Second picture; She likes to go to the gate and watch Lauralea in the kitchen and the older kids also do puzzles out there. Right after I took the picture Lauralea came over to give Linnea "5" and Linnea gave her the cold shoulder. Haha! "I like you better from a distance!"
We read some books and sang some songs. Linnea mostly played on the steps to the "balance beam" while we read the books. (See the picture below.) She goes to the 2nd step like you see and then stops. She can still reach the floor with her toes and that's far enough! She's feel safe right there! :)
We also played outside for awhile after the big kids did a little art thing. Linnea loves playing in this little house on the patio - she spends lots of time in there - and she really likes the button (door bell) you can see her pushing in the picture. The ringer part is on the inside of the little house so she'd push the button and look back inside at the ringer. Over and over. :)
