Linnea ate bran cereal and raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of chicken, whole wheat pita bread, bites of peppers, cucumbers, no olives, half of tomatoes, and ate pears.  My Granddaughter Story is here and said, "She's muddy looking!"  Atley of course then had to say, "She's a mess!"  I'm just impressed by how well Linnea feeds herself and how much she eats!  :)

So my oldest Granddaughter (she's 8 and her name is Story) is here this week and the kids were excited to have a visitor this morning and someone who paid attention to them.  My Granddaughter is short for her age with a 5 foot Asian Momma and my son is also short!  (His biological Dad is Puerto Rican.)  Story stood beside Atley and said, "I'm taller than her!"  Haha!  Well good, she's a 2 year old!  Story is an excellent reader and Story was in charge of Story Time!  :)  First two pictures - Linnea getting acquainted with Story and then Hudson joined them in the 2nd picture.

I was holding Linnea's hand and she was taking steps across the floor.  Avi noticed what we were doing and she got genuinely excited.  It was so cute.  She came over and was encouraging Linnea saying, "Good job Linnea.  You're taking steps!"  I love it when the kids encourage each other without prompting from me!!

Here are a couple pictures from outside time and Linnea was watching the kids playing at the sand table.  Second picture: Story was giving a wagon ride to Linnea and Hudson and she said; "Next stop: The sand table!!"  No one wanted to get on or off so they kept going!  :)
