Linnea - 8/21/2018
Linnea ate waffle and grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate most of baked chicken, bites of whole wheat dinner roll, ate corn on the cob (which I cut off the cob for her - "I don't have many teeth Gary! I need some help here!!"), and ate most of her baked cinnamon apples.
Linnea was pretty tired first thing this morning so she took a nap and ate breakfast after she woke up. She was in the highchair eating and Nora came over to her with her hand extended toward Linnea. She said, "Boogie Linnea, boogie!!" Haha! Well I'm sure Linnea is totally impressed with your boogies Nora, but let's get it wiped off your finger. Silly kids. :)
Linnea really likes the other kids and they ALL love her. It's so adorable. She laughs and giggles easily with them and it's fun to watch. Lately it's been Avilene and Nora making her laugh and laughing with her. That's exactly what Avi was doing in this first picture. Then in the 2nd picture Hudson (on the left) and Nora (on the right) were bouncing and jumping all around her and she just keeps moving around, never flinching at how close they are jumping. It's pretty amazing how they watch out for each other on the mattress.
Picture 3 - There is trouble in the library! You have a book and I want that book! Ha! Svea and Linnea sat in basically this same position for 10 - 15 minutes looking at books, looking at each other, and pulling and tugging on each other's stuff!! Neither of them got frustrated or squawked at the other person. Last picture - Some more silliness on the mattress! This time with Nora. They apparently were having lots of fun if Nora's loud raucous laughter was an indication of good times!
