Linnea - 8/29/2018

Linnea ate some whole wheat toast and grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate most of chicken with stir fry vegetables, ate brown rice, and cherries.

It was so good to have our Linnea back at Little Treasures this morning!!  When Svea arrived Linnea was immediately reaching for her!  She was so happy to see her friend and it was total cuteness!  On a cuteness scale this was off the charts!!  Love!!  Here are 3 pictures - in sequence -  so you can kinda see what that looked like!

Linnea did eventually go off and play with some toys and she was "drinking" from the milk cup again.  Atley saw Linnea walking and said, "She's going big Gary!"  Haha!  Or maybe getting big; but I like Atley's translation better!!  Linnea was pretty tired and slept for quite awhile this morning!

Here are a couple more pictures after Linnea got up from her morning nap.  Last picture; she stopped and played in front of this mirror several times this morning.  This was Nora's favorite spot to hang out every day when she was a baby!!  She spent 50% of her Daycare life in that very spot!!  :)

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea - 6/9/2020

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
