Linnea - 9/13/2018

Linnea ate bites of french toast and ate dried plums for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef with marinara sauce, ate whole wheat spaghetti noodles, bite of squash and that came right back out, and she ate a large serving of fruit salad.  I tried to sneak another bite of squash in with the meat, but she spotted it! Ha!  At lunch Atley said, "Linnea's making a mess!!"  Yup, that's pretty much how most meals look around her highchair and I'm glad you noticed!!  However Atley, you also have some issues; there is spaghetti hanging from your hair!!  :)

Linnea and  Svea were playing near each other several times this morning.  I took this first picture when Linnea was playing in the legos drawer with Svea just keeping an eye on her.  Moments before she'd been near the book rack jabbering and Avi said, "Hey Gary!  Linnea is saying read books!!"

What do you think of the cute little bear in the next picture?  As you can imagine this mask didn't stay on for very long!!  But I managed to get a picture before she yanked it off.  If you look close you can see her eyes through the eye holes!!  :)  She's like; "What are you doing to me Gary!?!"

And another picture of Svea and Linnea hanging out together again.  Shortly after I took this Svea got a handful of Linnea's hair and Linnea was howling and yelling and looking at Svea like; "What did you do that for!?!"  :)

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea - 6/9/2020

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
