Linnea - 10/23/2018
Linnea ate some toasted whole wheat english muffin and bites of dried plums for breakfast. For lunch she ate most of chicken, bites of brown rice, most of stir fry vegetables, and ate oranges.
Linnea seemed exhausted first thing this morning so she took a nap until breakfast and it helped immensely!! She was happy all morning playing and exploring!! I was impressed!! So I took some random pictures throughout the morning of Linnea's activities. After breakfast the 3 "big girls" did some preschool activities, Svea was sleeping, and Linnea played independently for the longest time!! She didn't even go to the fence to see what the other kids were doing. In this first picture she's on the legos table playing with the barn. We have lots of barn animals and legos barn animals as well. But Linnea had a little legos person in the barn stall. :)
Here's a picture of her being loud and rowdy and having a great time. Lauralea went out the door for something and when she came back in Linnea said, "Hi." Ha! I know I say this all the time, but she's understanding language so well! It amazes me how fast that can happen. All of a sudden they are able to follow a simple direction long before they can speak in a sentence. It's all pretty fascinating if you ask me! I never get tired of observing that!
Next picture - the kids spotted a magpie out the window and Atley was saying, "It black and white." This is one of the first years we've seen magpies in this neighborhood - lots of crows before - but not magpies. So it's kind of a treat for all of us!! Last picture: Linnea was trying to stick her foot in the boot without bending over. Pretty cute. So much experimenting at this age!
