Linnea - 10/24/2018
Rather than sending out a separate email I'm gonna include a reminder to begin the Blog today. Please write these dates down, put them in your calendar, or whatever you use.
Closure dates for the remainder of 2018:
November 19 - 23. Little Treasures is closed for Thanksgiving week. (Louisiana here we come!!!)
December 24 - 25.
Also, closed for New Years Day January 1st. That's a Tuesday and I'm scheduled to be open on Monday December 31st unless most families have other plans.
Linnea ate half of whole wheat toast and ate grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole wheat tortilla, bites of carrots & potatoes, and ate fruit salad.
I love how much she's understanding language. Stop me if you've heard this before!! (Sorry, I heard nothing so I get to continue!!) She took off her sock and Lauralea said, "Are you gonna give your socks to Gary?" She immediately whipped around and headed my way! Lauralea and I were both like "Whoa! That's impressive!" I think it's the quickness of the response that is a bit unusual!
She loves showing off for Lauralea in the mornings. I heard the gate to downstairs closing and I said, "I hear the gate Linnea." She looked that direction and took off for the mattress! Time to perform!! Next two pictures: She'd do her rolling and bouncing and then look at Lauralea and wave. Cutie!
Next picture: Linnea loves her Svea buddy! She gets all happy and excited whenever Svea arrives. She was saying, "baby baby baby." Linnea has been playing with the dolls and stuffed animals as well; snuggling them and using doll blankets. Nora is a great example for this kind of play! Last picture: Atley got a flu shot this morning and was pretty obsessed with showing everyone her bandaid. Except it was high on her leg and she really had to work hard to pull her pants up that high! Linnea is laying with her head on the mattress waiting for the Atley bandaid show!!
