Linnea - 10/4/2018
I'm glad Daddy Eric gave me a head's up about Linnea being a bit plugged-up this morning. My first reaction was still: "Why is she just standing there and screaming!?!" Oh that's right!! Poor Sweetie. She got out about three good sized pieces (from two separate attempts) so that was good. So with all that in mind I held out any bread products from her meals today. For breakfast she ate three large servings of fruit salad. (No waffle.) For lunch she ate bites of shepherd's pie with burger, green beans, carrots and sweet potatoes. She ate cherries. (No tortillas.)
Linnea was giving me "5" and chuckling. I love her laugh. Atley was watching and then wanted to give Linnea "5" too. But she was a bit heavy-handed and hit too hard, plus missed Linnea's hand and hit her arm, and Linnea landed on the floor! So after some instruction and adjustments Atley was more gentle. She wasn't being a turkey, she's just big and strong!! Ha!! Atley said, "I'm giving her the 5!" Ha!
First two pictures: Linnea was trying to get the shorts on, but success was elusive!! So she settled for something more manageable! Second picture: "I know how to get these socks off!!" :)
Next two pictures: Linnea loves this legos table top! (As you've seen by the many pictures of her up here!!) Someone had put lots of legos up there and Linnea was dropping them on the floor, dropping them into the drawer, and tossing them off! And apparently getting a big kick out of it because she was chuckling much of the time. Then she saw me with the camera and gave me the cheesy grin!!
Last picture: Nora was doing some preschool trays with Lauralea and when she chose to be done she needed to "unwind" and there is no better way than having fun on the mattress with Linnea! Judging by the laughing and giggling I'm assuming they were having fun!! :)
