Linnea - 11/2/2018

Linnea ate cream of wheat cereal and bites of dried plums for breakfast.  The cereal ended up too runny so we drank it with straws and they loved it!  For lunch she ate bites of baked beef kabobs with meat, zucchini, pineapple, and peppers.  She had bites of brown rice and ate a large serving of pineapple on the side.

First things first!  We have to wave at Daddy and Anders every morning at the window.  Now the first picture: She'd been sitting on my lap in the chair in front of the mirror and we were waving to ourselves.  It was cute when she started waving too!  :)  Then Linnea started touching fingers with that cute little girl in the mirror.

I know I've mentioned this several times in person and in the blog, but Linnea has been so snuggly lately and she's also been laughing and waving at Lauralea more.  It's the cutest thing.  And Lauralea has noticed it too of course and loving it as well.

Here are a couple more pictures from her morning.  We'd built this block structure yesterday and the kids were having just as much fun taking it apart today.  You can see Linnea sitting on the floor (in a somewhat vulnerable spot) playing with some blocks too and basically hanging out with the big kids.  Ha!  I took the last picture when the "big kids" were doing some preschool activities, Svea was napping, and Linnea was reading books and took a break to comb her hair.  :)

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. Linnea - 2/3/2020

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/8/2020

Linnea ate some bran cereal and a few raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat pita bread, two servings of cucumber, two servings of avocado, and two servings of pears. This first picture is taken right after waving bye to Momma Megan.  Atley is a big girl, but from this angle, plus the fact she's on the top of the bench back railing, it makes her look huge and Linnea tiny. Funny picture.  They were looking at a worm taking refuge from the wet grass laying on the sidewalk again.  They got excited when it moved.  "It's moving Gary!  It's moving!!" Next picture; All five girls were playing on the balance beam and it was their "airplane."  Nora was actually the one that got this started while playing with Svea and Linnea.  Avi and Atley soon joined them and when I took the picture Atley said, "Ok everybody get on the airplane.  Put your seatbelts on."  :)  The picture makes it obvious that Avi and Atley kind...
