Linnea - 12/14/2018

Linnea ate oatmeal and baked cinnamon apples for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, green beans, and tomatoes.  No whole wheat dinner roll and she ate a large serving of apricots.

So in this first picture Linnea was wearing the lion suit and waiting for Daddy Eric and Anders to drive by and wave.  Then she heard Lauralea and headed for the gate to see what Lauralea was doing! And that's why she was not at the window Daddy!!  Haha!

Isn't Linnea starting to say lots of words!!  Wow!  She was mimicking lots of words this morning and it was so cute.  She says some things very plain; "Atley"  "Gary"  Haha!  No, really she does!!  I had her say "Gary" for Daddy and also for Lauralea!  You're so smart Linnea!!  :)

Here are a couple more pictures from this morning;  She was examining the binoculars, but I took this next picture primarily because it showed-off her ponytail so cutely!!  Nice job Momma!  I call the top ponytails like this "whale spouts!"  :)  Last picture:  Avi and Nora were using cookie cutters with the play dough.  Then Nora apparently heard me say to Svea; "I'm gonna put you on the floor and go get you some clean clothes" because Nora sprinted for the gate and said, "I'M DONE GARY!!"  Haha!  Nothing interests Nora more than the babies!!  Especially a baby with nothing on but a diaper!  Linnea was pretty intrigued by it as well!!  It wasn't much later and Linnea needed a complete change of clothes too!  So Nora was a happy camper once again and those were the highlights of Nora's morning!!  Haha!!

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
