Linnea - 12/5/2018

Linnea ate french toast and two servings of strawberries for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of "whole 30 chili" with meat, sweet potatoes, peppers, and tomatoes.  She had no whole wheat dinner roll, but she ate her tropical fruit.

You frequently see a picture of Linnea in this chair, right!?!  She loves the chair!  When Reid came back to visit several weeks ago he said, "This was MY favorite chair too!!"  Yup, lots of them have liked the swivel/rocker chair and giving each other rides in it.  (We've retired more than one of them!!)  And that's exactly what Linnea and Nora were doing first thing this morning.  Nora was pushing Linnea around and around.

Here are a couple more pictures from this morning.  Nora arrived earlier than usual; same time Linnea arrived this morning.  So she was giving Momma Megan a love too, along with Atley and Linnea.  The following picture: Linnea, Svea, and Nora playing in the same area.  Not playing with the same type of toys, just playing near each other.

I love this last picture!  Linnea is just laying beside Svea and they are having a bonding experience! Ha!  The only time I saw Linnea get upset with Svea was when she was trying to read her book and Svea was crowding her!  Ha!  Svea was trying to sit beside Linnea on the yellow bench, but almost ended up on Linnea's lap!  And that was pretty funny because Linnea was quite upset and dramatic about the whole thing!!  :)

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea - 6/9/2020

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
