Linnea - 3/21/2019

Linnea ate whole wheat bagel toasted and buttered and ate two servings of peaches for breakfast.  For lunch she ate hamburger & sausage pizza with peppers, pineapple, olives, and tomato sauce.  She ate whole wheat crust, and ate all of her pineapple on the side.  Just a reminder: There is will be no Blogs tomorrow and back on Monday!!

First picture: I've posted this several times and mentioned it frequently, BUT this is the daily ritual!! So when you see it several times you know it's something they do over and over and something they love!  I fix her hair and she immediately sprints for the chair, BUT she always has to take a look in the mirror too!  Of course, I always say, "You're SO pretty!!"  So maybe that encourages the look in the mirror too!!  Haha!!  She's so much fun and she's a GREAT kid!

Next picture: And another morning ritual continues!!  Linnea was over by the couch and Atley said, "Girl Hug!!"  Linnea knows what that means and she sprints for the gate!!  She loves Megan and I love the fact that Atley is able to share her Mommy's hugs.  Well done Atley!  You have a great heart!

Last two pictures of these two sweeties.  Linnea was just having "love surges" for Svea and wanting to hug on her and it was just too adorable!!  First, Linnea was sitting on these blocks and Svea came over.  Svea's focus was the blocks and as soon as Linnea stood up, Svea got right up on them.  You can see what Linnea's focus is!!  "Love on my Buddy!!"  Linnea closed her eyes and laid her head on Svea's back.  :)

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
