Linnea - 3/4/2019

Linnea ate bran cereal and raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat pita bread, bites of cucumber, bites of peppers, ate avocado, and pears.

We were at the window waiting for Daddy to drive around the corner and wave.  I saw him coming and asked, "Who's that?"  She said, "Da da."  It sure is.  :)  Then I fixed her ponytail and the moment I was done she raced for the chair and starting spinning/running around and around with it.  Which is why the first picture is kind of a blur, her hair is flying, and her tongue is hanging out!!  :)  After Atley arrived Linnea got in the chair (Atley said, "GET IN!"  Uhh...you can ask and do it nicely.)  and Atley was spinning her.  Linnea was kind of singing, "Rock-a-bye-Baby" at the start of the ride.

Speaking of Atley after she arrived she went poop in the toilet!  It's a big deal today because it's her first time doing that at Daycare.  Anyhow she came out and yelled to Linnea; "I went poop in the potty Linnea!!"  Haha!  I said, "Say good job Atley."  Linnea shortened it substantially; "Atley."  Ha! That's good enough!

More pictures from this morning;  In the first picture Svea and Linnea were trying to put different shapes in the holes.  They will occasionally get one it, especially if it's the circle, but they know what's suppose to happen!!  The middle picture makes me laugh.  Svea looks like she's been caught with her hand in the cookie jar!  "Linnea was under there; not me!!!"  Haha!  Actually the kids play under the legos table a lot.  Last picture; Linnea has a baby in each arm along with their blankets!  Nora is the only other one here that plays with dolls much, but Linnea seems to be picking up on it.

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea - 2/3/2020

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/8/2020

Linnea ate some bran cereal and a few raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat pita bread, two servings of cucumber, two servings of avocado, and two servings of pears. This first picture is taken right after waving bye to Momma Megan.  Atley is a big girl, but from this angle, plus the fact she's on the top of the bench back railing, it makes her look huge and Linnea tiny. Funny picture.  They were looking at a worm taking refuge from the wet grass laying on the sidewalk again.  They got excited when it moved.  "It's moving Gary!  It's moving!!" Next picture; All five girls were playing on the balance beam and it was their "airplane."  Nora was actually the one that got this started while playing with Svea and Linnea.  Avi and Atley soon joined them and when I took the picture Atley said, "Ok everybody get on the airplane.  Put your seatbelts on."  :)  The picture makes it obvious that Avi and Atley kind...
