Linnea - 3/5/2019

Linnea ate whole wheat bagel and two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate shrimp, brown rice, stir fry vegetables, and raspberries.  Linnea is consistently my best eater!!  It's so nice when these little ones are not picky eaters!  And she's NOT a picky eater!  :)  Good job Linnea!!

First two pictures; Linnea played with dolls first thing this morning.  She was carrying them around, giving them loves, and saying, "my baby, my baby."  Second picture:  Putting together some legos.  I said, "You did it!"  So she said, "I did it!"  :)

Next picture:  Linnea has been doing lots of jumping on the mattress and is getting pretty good at it!  This morning she jumped on the floor and Lauralea was impressed and said, "Linnea got both feet off the floor jumping!"  So Atley got right down on the floor for a close-up look!  LOL.  Atley was saying, "Jump Linnea jump!" Haha!  What a goof!  Linnea was just looking at Atley like "what the heck are you doing!?!"

Last two pictures;  Svea and Linnea hanging out near each other and having fun acting silly.  Linnea is not a kid that grabs or holds on to the other kids.  And that usually works so much better interacting with the other children!!  We've had several kids that just have to always be grabbing and touching someone else!!  And that's the source of much conflict!!

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. Linnea - 2/3/2020

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/8/2020

Linnea ate some bran cereal and a few raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat pita bread, two servings of cucumber, two servings of avocado, and two servings of pears. This first picture is taken right after waving bye to Momma Megan.  Atley is a big girl, but from this angle, plus the fact she's on the top of the bench back railing, it makes her look huge and Linnea tiny. Funny picture.  They were looking at a worm taking refuge from the wet grass laying on the sidewalk again.  They got excited when it moved.  "It's moving Gary!  It's moving!!" Next picture; All five girls were playing on the balance beam and it was their "airplane."  Nora was actually the one that got this started while playing with Svea and Linnea.  Avi and Atley soon joined them and when I took the picture Atley said, "Ok everybody get on the airplane.  Put your seatbelts on."  :)  The picture makes it obvious that Avi and Atley kind...
