Linnea - 4/10/2019

Linnea ate two servings of French toast and two servings of strawberries for breakfast.  For lunch she ate hearty paleo stew with meat, cauliflower, broccoli, sweet potatoes, green beans, and carrots.  She also ate crackers and tropical fruit.

This first note is leftover from yesterday afternoon.  I was changing Svea's poopy diaper and Linnea had arranged a couple of blocks to stand on and watch from the viewing area.  Ha!  Linnea saw it was poopy and she said, "Yuk Svea! Yuk!"  Haha!!  (She's had good teachers around here!)

More on the "poop subject."  Linnea was on the window step ready to wave at Daddy and Anders this morning, but I just finished texting Momma Becca using voice activation.  Linnea heard me talking about "Linnea's poop" and she kept saying, "poop poop, I poopy."  (Except she wasn't - it's almost 1:00 and she still hasn't!)  Linnea was SO distracted by that she couldn't and wouldn't even look out the window; much less wave at Daddy!!!  :)

So here are some pictures from Linnea's morning.  Baby Callahan arrived shortly after Linnea did and she got right up on the couch to greet him.  And it's very obvious that he was loving that!!  Middle picture: Atley doing some highflying off the top of the igloo.  Linnea had been standing back by the wall watching her and every time Atley jumped she'd say: "You wanna watch me jump again!?  And go really high!!??"  Then she added; "I'm doing some exercising!!"  Last picture: Avi was wanting to create something with the legos.  Linnea and Svea joined her and kept offering her more legos.  Notice how close Svea's "offering" is to Avi's face.

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
