Linnea - 4/12/2019

Linnea ate lots of oatmeal and ate baked cinnamon apples for breakfast.  For lunch she ate salmon, ate most of whole wheat dinner roll, no cauliflower, and ate her mangoes.

Linnea was wanting to show-off for Lauralea this morning and got her attention by saying; "Look-it Lor-la, look-it Lor-la."  What Lauralea "look-it" at her Linnea immediately started bouncing and being silly on the mattress!  A bit later Linnea said, "Lor-la, look my pony."  Lauralea asked, "Did Gary do it, or did Mommy do it?"  Linnea said, "My Gary do it."  Awww....melt me heart.  :)

Does this picture look familiar!?!  Ha!  The morning ritual!!  I love how Callahan's looking up at Linnea.  So cute.

I believe Lauralea is all done with her testing for the "developmental profiles."  We'll come up with some times we can meet and let everyone choose a date and time.  In the next two pictures she was testing Linnea and testing always draws a crowd!  Ha!  She asked Linnea; "Can you put the phone on the pillow?"  She put it on the pillow, stood up, and looked at Lauralea like, "what's next!?"  :)  The last picture: I'd told Lauralea that I believe language is one of Linnea's strengths.  So after the testing I do believe Lauralea agrees with me!!  Haha!  Here's an example of what she was asking Linnea: "Can you show me the little girl?" or "Where's the little girl?"  Linnea pointed at the girl AND said, "Holding the piggy."  Lauralea was like; "Whoa!!"  And it continued!  :)

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
