Linnea - 4/29/2019

Linnea ate bran cereal and raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of chicken, ate whole wheat pita bread, cucumbers, peppers, and pears.

Linnea was singing a song this morning and I started humming along with her.  And then I recognized it!  "Little Bunny Foo Foo!"  Ha!  We have the book and we read and sing this one frequently so she's heard it many times.  Well done Linnea!!

First picture: I'm not sure if Linnea made it to the window in time to wave bye to Daddy this morning, but she was really trying hard to make it!!  She'd put these boots on and then was grinning all over trying to get across the room before the boots came off!!  So cute.

Next picture: We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and as usual the kids were really busy!  Linnea and Nora were all over the dolls and Linnea is feeding her doll a bottle here.  Middle picture: "Oh Linnea, are you reaching for your Gary!?!"  Nope!  Haha!  Actually I'm holding Callahan and he'd just woke up from his morning nap.   She'd been sitting up there playing with the legos trucks.  Last picture:  Nora and Atley were pretending to feed Linnea with the food toys and if you zoom in you can see the size of the spoon Atley was using!!  Serving spoon!!  Haha!   Linnea didn't really care!!

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea - 6/9/2020

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
