Linnea - 4/9/2019

Linnea ate waffle and three servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat tortillas, corn, and baked cinnamon apples.

Here are some pictures from Linnea's morning at Little Treasures.  Initially she had the book upside-down and I was trying to get a picture.  And she was trying to not let me get a picture!!  Haha!  I always think it's cute when they look at a book upside-down!  They get "twice the mileage" from one book!!  In the second picture she was wearing a mask that I'd adjusted for her and then she was heading to try putting on a second mask!!  She had to stop and look in the mirror on the way by!!

Next picture: Atley arrived and she and Linnea were at the fence looking at Callahan.  Atley kept doing these "fake laughs" over and over and over!!  Even after Linnea walked off Atley kept doing the laughs!  Ha! She will be a seasoned class clown by the time she goes to school!!  :)  Not much to say about the following picture; Svea and Linnea reading again!

Last picture: I finally remembered to have Linnea do a new picture for her display frame in the entrance room!!  She does so good with this and stays focused on it for a long time!  Look how much work she's done.  Way to go Linnea!

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. Linnea - 2/3/2020

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/8/2020

Linnea ate some bran cereal and a few raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat pita bread, two servings of cucumber, two servings of avocado, and two servings of pears. This first picture is taken right after waving bye to Momma Megan.  Atley is a big girl, but from this angle, plus the fact she's on the top of the bench back railing, it makes her look huge and Linnea tiny. Funny picture.  They were looking at a worm taking refuge from the wet grass laying on the sidewalk again.  They got excited when it moved.  "It's moving Gary!  It's moving!!" Next picture; All five girls were playing on the balance beam and it was their "airplane."  Nora was actually the one that got this started while playing with Svea and Linnea.  Avi and Atley soon joined them and when I took the picture Atley said, "Ok everybody get on the airplane.  Put your seatbelts on."  :)  The picture makes it obvious that Avi and Atley kind...
