Linnea - 5/30/2019

Linnea ate two servings of French toast and several bites of dried plums for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef with marinara sauce, whole wheat spaghetti noodles, cauliflower, and fruit salad.

Linnea is persisting with her pooping issues, BUT she had a much better morning than yesterday!! Thankfully, she had no pinched fingers and no bloody nose this time around!!  First picture: I've mentioned this before, but we always call the "arm" of the couch, the "bump."  And when we have Story Time this is Atley's "bump" and the other bump is Avilene's.  Linnea crawled up there today and said, "I'm sitting on Atley's bump."  And she was pretty stinking proud of herself.  :)

Second picture: I took this picture when these were the only two kids here!  Linnea was on the floor with him and she said, "Hey, he grabba my hand!!"  Haha!  Yup, he's just a baby and that's what babies do.  Soon she said, "Hey! He grabba my dress!!"  :)
Last picture: Just in case you might think she wasn't wearing a tutu today!!  It's hard to see in this picture, but the tutu is basically around, or slightly below, her knees.  And she wore it that way.  Also, I wanted to post this picture because for some reason Linnea likes this spot!!  Isn't that silly?!  It's kind of a tight fit, but she frequently plays there.  :)

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
