Linnea - 5/7/2019

Linnea ate waffle and three servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate half of her chicken, ate whole wheat tortilla, corn, and most of baked cinnamon apples.

I was rocking Baby Callahan and singing to him while he was going to sleep.  Except I was using Linnea's name in the song because she was standing right there watching me.  She started grinning all over and said, "I'm not a baby.  Speaking of singing Linnea was singing the "ABC" song.  And it was very recognizable in words and tune.  Well done Linnea.

I took this first picture shortly after Svea and Avi arrived and all four of these kids had jingle bells and were shaking them.  Second picture was taken at the construction site!!  Linnea has her hardhat and drill!  :)  Picture number three: Linnea is taking care of her baby.  She said, "Baby crying."

Linnea was watching Atley and Nora play "hide-n-seek" and she joined in with what they were doing.  She has watched them play this game many times so she had a clue what they were doing.  Toddler hide-n-seek is pretty hilarious.  You hear things like; "You hide here and I'll come find you." Or they will help each other "hide" and then go count a few numbers and "here I come."  Linnea went around the corner like they were doing and said, "Ready here come."  She made it a short abbreviated sentence!  Haha!  Last picture:  Reading those books!!

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. Linnea - 2/3/2020

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/8/2020

Linnea ate some bran cereal and a few raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat pita bread, two servings of cucumber, two servings of avocado, and two servings of pears. This first picture is taken right after waving bye to Momma Megan.  Atley is a big girl, but from this angle, plus the fact she's on the top of the bench back railing, it makes her look huge and Linnea tiny. Funny picture.  They were looking at a worm taking refuge from the wet grass laying on the sidewalk again.  They got excited when it moved.  "It's moving Gary!  It's moving!!" Next picture; All five girls were playing on the balance beam and it was their "airplane."  Nora was actually the one that got this started while playing with Svea and Linnea.  Avi and Atley soon joined them and when I took the picture Atley said, "Ok everybody get on the airplane.  Put your seatbelts on."  :)  The picture makes it obvious that Avi and Atley kind...
