Linnea - 6/3/2019

Linnea ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch she ate most of turkey burger which I'd mixed with avocado and fed to her, bite of whole wheat hamburger bun, bites of tomato, and a taste of her cherries.  ("Bite" of something means she ate it.  "Taste" means it was in her mouth, but only momentarily! Haha!)

I spotted a rabbit across the street by the mailboxes.  It ran under a parked car and we waited a few minutes and it came out and it went to Big Willy's gate and hung out there for a couple of minutes.  Avi said, "He's trying to get in."  Then it sprinted across the street to everyone's delight!!  It was fun entertainment for the kids and Linnea was glued on it!!

Linnea was so cute when Atley's Momma Megan was leaving this morning.  Atley said something about a "Girl Hug" and Linnea was all about that!!  Linnea said, "want girl hug!"  It's super cute how comfortable Linnea is with Momma Megan and you know how much Linnea likes hugs!  Good combination!!

First picture: Sure you want "Minnie Mouse" don't you Callahan!?!  (He did end up taking it.)  Second picture: We did a toy, book, puzzle, and preschool, exchange this weekend and these "Elmo Phones" were a hit with Linnea.

Next picture: Avi had on all her soccer equipment including soccer shoes, shorts, cap with headband (ha), and four layers on top.  Linnea and Nora joined Avi at the mirror to watch her make some final adjustments.  Last picture: Linnea found her own headband and was working hard to get it on her head.

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. Linnea - 2/3/2020

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/8/2020

Linnea ate some bran cereal and a few raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat pita bread, two servings of cucumber, two servings of avocado, and two servings of pears. This first picture is taken right after waving bye to Momma Megan.  Atley is a big girl, but from this angle, plus the fact she's on the top of the bench back railing, it makes her look huge and Linnea tiny. Funny picture.  They were looking at a worm taking refuge from the wet grass laying on the sidewalk again.  They got excited when it moved.  "It's moving Gary!  It's moving!!" Next picture; All five girls were playing on the balance beam and it was their "airplane."  Nora was actually the one that got this started while playing with Svea and Linnea.  Avi and Atley soon joined them and when I took the picture Atley said, "Ok everybody get on the airplane.  Put your seatbelts on."  :)  The picture makes it obvious that Avi and Atley kind...
