Linnea - 7/2/2019

Linnea ate waffle and grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate half of chicken, ate whole wheat tortillas, corn, and ate most of baked cinnamon apples.

First picture: As soon as I laid Callahan on the floor Linnea went over and you can see she was offering him the string on her shorts.  Which was just fine until he actually managed to grab it and start yanking on it!  Haha!

Next picture: Linnea was playing with the "toaster" and putting "pancakes" in it!  The kids like this toy because there is a button you push down and that loads the spring.  Then another button releases the spring and sends the toast several inches into the air.  :)  But the primary reason for this picture is to show off her two ponytails!  haha!  Following picture:  Linnea is just standing still while Nora attaches a headband around Linnea's neck.  :)  (Just in case anyone is wondering I did fix Nora's crazy hair too!  Ha!)

Last picture: Hanging out with Svea!  Earlier they each had a firm grip on one of the yellow shape sorter buckets.  A regular tug-of-war!  Their noses were a couple inches apart and they were both screaming! Ha!  It was kind of funny except Callahan was about two feet away and it frightened him and then he joined in with the screaming!  WOW!!  (Not that it mattered to them at that point, but there happened to be two more exact same yellow buckets laying close by!!)

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea - 6/9/2020

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
