Linnea - 8/8/2019

Linnea ate whole wheat English muffin and oranges for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat elbow noodles, peas, and applesauce.

First picture - Nora was here early so she and Linnea had fun jumping before anyone else arrived.  Linnea stood on the climber tapping herself on her chest wanting me to notice her saying; "it's me, it's me, it's me."  Haha.  That was cute.  Yes it certainly is you Linnea!!  Second picture:  Well Atley arrived and now it's time to dance!!  Haha!!

Baby Callahan is not here today so our morning was much more flexible and we spent a long time outside!  Next picture:  Linnea and Svea each grabbed a dump truck and went up and down the sidewalk.  The first thing Linnea did was have a crash!!  If you look at the picture you can see where all of Linnea's weight is pushing down on her truck!!  But she wouldn't move her hands forward or turn the truck around like Svea did.  And she crashed again.

The kids had a blast playing at the sand tables and this was basically Svea and Linnea's first time at the sand tables.  Linnea did a great job of filling containers and worked at it for a long time.  And she did pretty good keeping the sand in the sand table.  Also outside Linnea joined the three "older" girls for just a few minutes playing hide-n-seek.  Which at this age is awesome entertainment!!  For me!! Ha!  Linnea just stood in the middle of the yard with her hands over her eyes.  I'm not sure if she was counting or hiding!!  Haha!!

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea - 6/9/2020

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
