Linnea - 9/3/2019

Linnea ate waffle and two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate half of chicken, ate whole wheat tortilla, corn, and ate her apple slices.

Linnea had a great morning and pretty much played near Svea all morning as the pictures will show. Svea was acting silly, dancing around, and bobbing her head up and down.  Linnea giggled and said, "What Svea doing!?"  Making you laugh.  Then Svea was on the climber with her back to the mattress acting like she was gonna flop backwards.  Linnea said, "I not go off backwards."  :)  Linnea is talking so much!!

First two pictures; Playing with the legos sitting on top of the legos table.  And in the following picture Linnea was grabbing a shirt to put it on, but Svea was just piling them all up on the floor first.

Next picture; Svea and Linnea set up these blocks and were jumping/stepping off onto the pillows.  Lauralea came upstairs about this time and they started "showing-off" and it was funny.  Linnea said, "We're jumping Lauralea, we're jumping!!"  Svea did this big jump and did a perfect "butt bomb" on the hard floor.  Ouch!  That could NOT have felt very good.  She didn't say anything, BUT she didn't do it again either!!  :)  They were also jumping on the mattress and Linnea was singing, "Mama call the doctor, doctor said, no monkey jump on bed."  Haha!!  Last picture: These two were reading books in the cozy corner and Linnea was singing, "Three blind mice, see how they run..."

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea - 2/3/2020

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/8/2020

Linnea ate some bran cereal and a few raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat pita bread, two servings of cucumber, two servings of avocado, and two servings of pears. This first picture is taken right after waving bye to Momma Megan.  Atley is a big girl, but from this angle, plus the fact she's on the top of the bench back railing, it makes her look huge and Linnea tiny. Funny picture.  They were looking at a worm taking refuge from the wet grass laying on the sidewalk again.  They got excited when it moved.  "It's moving Gary!  It's moving!!" Next picture; All five girls were playing on the balance beam and it was their "airplane."  Nora was actually the one that got this started while playing with Svea and Linnea.  Avi and Atley soon joined them and when I took the picture Atley said, "Ok everybody get on the airplane.  Put your seatbelts on."  :)  The picture makes it obvious that Avi and Atley kind...
