Linnea - 10/1/2019

Linnea  ate waffle and three servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat tortillas, corn, and baked cinnamon apples.

I have a note left over from yesterday at Snack Time.  Atley said, "What's Linnea's Daddy's name?"  We all said, "Eric."  Atley said, "I like Eric because he's a goofball."  LOL!!  I roared.  Hey, don't blame me, I just report this stuff.  :)  (Ok ok, AND teach them words like "goofball."  Haha!)  This first picture is also left over from yesterday afternoon.  Atley was down and coaxing Linnea to "get on my back."  Linnea tried to crawl on a couple of times, but the "horse" was too jittery and took off way too fast and too early.  That horse needs some training Linnea.  :)

Here are some pictures from this morning's activities;  Another selfie when Linnea was sitting on my lap right after waving bye to Daddy.  I forgot to mention yesterday morning.  When Linnea was waving bye to Daddy she was totally distracted and watching a bird.  When she finally got focused and was ready to wave Daddy was leaving.  Oh man, she did not like that.  Ha!  "I want to wave at Dad!  I want to wave at Dad!  I want to wave at Dad!"  (Daddy already sits there longer than most!)

Next picture: She had her doll and monkey and was wrapping them in the doll blanket.  And she kept singing, "Good night baby, good night baby."  I was amused by the fact that she put a plate and fork in there with them before the wrapping procedure!  Haha.  Last picture; I was cropping this picture for Svea's Blog when I noticed Linnea in the background.  I thought it was so cute how Svea and Linnea were both focused in the same direction; maybe focused on the same thing.  I have no idea what they were looking at.

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. Linnea - 2/3/2020

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/8/2020

Linnea ate some bran cereal and a few raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat pita bread, two servings of cucumber, two servings of avocado, and two servings of pears. This first picture is taken right after waving bye to Momma Megan.  Atley is a big girl, but from this angle, plus the fact she's on the top of the bench back railing, it makes her look huge and Linnea tiny. Funny picture.  They were looking at a worm taking refuge from the wet grass laying on the sidewalk again.  They got excited when it moved.  "It's moving Gary!  It's moving!!" Next picture; All five girls were playing on the balance beam and it was their "airplane."  Nora was actually the one that got this started while playing with Svea and Linnea.  Avi and Atley soon joined them and when I took the picture Atley said, "Ok everybody get on the airplane.  Put your seatbelts on."  :)  The picture makes it obvious that Avi and Atley kind...
