Linnea - 12/6/2019

Linnea ate brown rice and most of raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate pollack fish, whole wheat dinner roll, riced cauliflower, and mangoes.

Here's what Linnea does almost every morning (and she did it today) as soon as Daddy Eric drops her off; She immediately goes to the window and says, "When's my Dad gonna come?"  Haha.  Well you just saw him like 1 minute ago so we have to wait!!  Actually, to be totally accurate, the FIRST thing she does - "I gotta go potty."  Ok, do you wanna wave bye to Daddy first?  "Yes."

So this first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon.  (Linnea is frequently gone before it starts to get dusk, but she was here later yesterday.)  The kids all had a flashlight and we turned out the lights and they had fun with that.  Linnea is on the right, standing on the blue balance beam.  Atley is blinding herself in the far corner, Avi on the left looking for spiders on the ceiling, and Svea is shining her light on the mattress in front of herself.

Here are a couple of pictures from this morning.  Svea and Linnea were reading books on the couch while Baby Miles was just hanging out being his mellow sweet self!!  Last picture: Avi in the middle and Svea and Linnea on each side of her pretending to be napping.  Svea is getting into the mood by sucking her thumb.  :)

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea - 6/9/2020

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
