Linnea - 1/31/2020

Linnea ate brown rice and raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate Alaskan salmon patty, bites of whole wheat dinner roll, ate cauliflower, and two servings of mangoes.

First picture: Linnea was visiting with Baby Miles and Cal came by to see what was happening with these two people!!  I guess he didn't find much because he didn't hang around more than a couple of quick moments!!  Here's what Cal is thinking:  "And besides that, Gary is always telling me to 'be gentle' so there is nothing here for me!!"  :)

Next picture:  I was feeding Baby Miles and Linnea got on the couch and started feeding her "baby" too.  I asked Avilene to take a picture for me (that's obviously my arm on the right side of the picture) and I think she did a good job with it.

I don't know exactly how many times this morning Linnea said, "I love you Gary!" But it was several.  So here's some background why I think she's started saying it so much!  Atley will say, "Gary!....Uhhhh.....I love you!!!"  She does it a lot of times when she can't think of anything else to say!!  Haha!  Momma Megan and I've talked about it and Atley does the same thing to them at home.  And Linnea has totally picked up on that.  Which is fine with me!!  Haha

Last two pictures; Ok, I've posted 4 pictures today and Linnea is on the couch in 3 of them!!  Was she on the couch the majority of the morning!?!  Well pretty much!  Haha!  She really did play up there (and she was down several times) a LOT!!  I get such a kick out of watching her with her babies because she just jabbers constantly!!  I started laughing and she too started laughing so I had to get a picture of that as well.  :)

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
