Linnea - 1/6/2020

Linnea ate most of cheerios and most of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate tomatoes, avocado, and strawberries.

As usual Linnea was the first one here this morning and the first thing she said, "Want to see a picture of Gideon."  That has recently become our morning ritual!  All last week and immediately again!  Hey, I love it!  I'm MORE than happy to whip out a picture of the Grandson!!  Haha!!  Then I asked her if she was going to Disneyland and we talked about "Mickey, Donald, and Goofy."  I said, "When you get home you'll have to tell me all about it."  She said, "Do you wanna come?"  That was SO cute and sweet!!

Here are some pictures from this morning.  Look how long the straps are on this purse!!  She was trying to work the music box (iPod!  Not really) and asked for help.  Yup, it needs a new battery, so we put one it.  Second picture;  She put on the fedora and strolled around.  Dang that's cute!!  :)

Next picture;  I was sitting on the couch and Miles started to fuss and Linnea immediately got up there and put her arm around him.  That is so sweet Linnea!  They are both looking at Lauralea who happened to be there for a couple of minutes.  Last picture;  This is what Svea and Linnea did as soon as they were done with breakfast.  I'm not sure what the game is, but they definitely have a plan and are playing with intention.

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. Linnea - 2/3/2020

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/8/2020

Linnea ate some bran cereal and a few raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat pita bread, two servings of cucumber, two servings of avocado, and two servings of pears. This first picture is taken right after waving bye to Momma Megan.  Atley is a big girl, but from this angle, plus the fact she's on the top of the bench back railing, it makes her look huge and Linnea tiny. Funny picture.  They were looking at a worm taking refuge from the wet grass laying on the sidewalk again.  They got excited when it moved.  "It's moving Gary!  It's moving!!" Next picture; All five girls were playing on the balance beam and it was their "airplane."  Nora was actually the one that got this started while playing with Svea and Linnea.  Avi and Atley soon joined them and when I took the picture Atley said, "Ok everybody get on the airplane.  Put your seatbelts on."  :)  The picture makes it obvious that Avi and Atley kind...
