Linnea - 3/4/2020

Linnea ate bites of whole wheat toast and three servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate hamburger and sausage pizza with meat, peppers, pineapple, olives, and tomato sauce.  No whole wheat pizza crust and she ate two servings of pineapple on the side.

This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon.  I liked how Linnea got all cozy on the couch and was reading to her baby.  This is a "Frozen" book and when I took this picture Linnea was singing, "Let it go."

Next picture: Atley and Linnea were taking the stuffed animals from the mattress to the top of the blocks and lining them up.  This has been their daily ritual this week.

Next picture - Cal is doing one of his favorite activities here; moving the swivel chair around and playing a game that looks like a cross between peek-a-boo and "can't catch me!!"  Haha.  The funniest part is that Linnea didn't even realize she is a participant.  Haha!  He was peeking around at her and giggling.  She was like - "What are you doing?"  :)  Last picture: Look at Cal in the middle of this mess of blocks.  He was loving that.  Shortly after I took the picture Atley changed the game and they were in the middle of "hot lava."  Now it was Cal's turn to be oblivious to the game.  He had no idea he was in the middle of hot lava!!  :)

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea - 6/9/2020

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
