Linnea - 6/10/2020

Linnea ate two servings of whole wheat toast and two servings of mangoes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef with marinara sauce on whole wheat spaghetti noodles, two servings of cauliflower, and two servings of fruit salad.

First picture; Atley and Linnea were the only ones here for a while this morning and they had animals all lined up in the window.  Linnea had a fun and happy morning until about 10:45 when she fell off the yellow bench (that she's standing on in the picture) and landed on one of these animals.  She howled and never totally recovered before Lunch and Nap Time.  Poor Sweetie.

Next two pictures;  Linnea and Svea playing with the dolls and then Miles rolled over to where Svea and Linnea were playing and Svea started putting dolls in front of him.  Linnea asked, "What are you doing?"  Svea said, "Getting babies for MY Miles."  Linnea never said anything about that "possessive" comment so I guess they're not going to fight over the one baby!!  Haha.  Following picture; Linnea likes Miles, but doesn't play with him nearly as much as Svea does.

Last picture; Alexa was playing "Macarena" and the kids were dancing and running in circles.  Avi and Nora try hard to do the dances they've seen with this song.  Atley, on the other hand, was ready to come flying in from the top of the igloo.  :)

Linnea ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, olives, avocado, and strawberries. First picture: I love how Linnea likes to snuggle and say, "I love you Gary."  So precious!!  Especially first thing in the morning before too many other kids arrive and then it's busy time!!  This was a selfie when she was snuggling me and then she asked, "Can you send that to my Mom?"  :)  Following picture: I had a phone appointment with an insurance agent so Lauralea was reading to the kids for me.  Lauralea was pretending to cry when Peter Rabbit was stuck in the fence.  Even though Svea wasn't on the couch she was listening and she immediately said, "Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry.  Don't cry Lauralea, don't cry." Linnea - 6/12/2020

Linnea ate oatmeal and apple pieces for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of apricots. Yesterday afternoon probably 30 minutes after you guys picked up Linnea and left on your bicycle, it started to rain.  That really caused Atley to be concerned.  It was SO sweet!!  She said, "I hope Eric, Becca, and Linnea don't get wet.  And Anders."  :)  That was so thoughtful Atley. First picture:  Nothing too much to say about this picture; other than these three were just having fun giggling and enjoying each other.  Following picture: The kids love the mirrors!!  They set up their "horsey rides" so they could watch themselves in the mirror!  I tried for several minutes to get a picture with all 4 of these kids on their horse.  Ha!  About the time two or three would get on their horse then one ...

Linnea ate blueberry muffin and ate two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of shrimp, ate brown rice, a large serving of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  At breakfast Svea told Linnea; "Here's your high chair Linnea."  Linnea was SO excited!  She acted like the chair had been missing!!  "Svea found my high chair Gary!!  Svea found my high chair!!"  :)  Also at breakfast time Avilene said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has a LOT of money in it!!"  Linnea said, "My Mom has a wallet and it has dinosaurs in it."  LOL First picture; Linnea got down and said "hi" to Miles and I happened to have the camera ready.  She doesn't really like to cooperate if I try to recreate a scene so I have to catch her in the moment!!  Ha.
