Linnea's Journal

Linnea ate most of French toast and two servings of strawberries for breakfast.  For lunch she ate  two servings of Hearty Paleo Stew with meat, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, carrots, and tomatoes.  She also ate crackers and tropical fruit salad. First picture: Well, are you getting tired of the same picture every week?  Or every other day?!?  Linnea is the instigator of the block destruction activity.  Svea does lots of watching until the shelf is bare and then she gets in the middle of it all too. Second picture:  Svea pushed the swivel/rocker chair around and around this morning.  No idea how many times or for how long, but it was a long while.  There were a few times when she was going as fast as her legs could go!!  And Linnea just kept playing with the big purse! Linnea  ate waffle and three servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat tortillas, corn, and baked cinnamon apples. I have a note left over from yesterday at Snack Time.  Atley said, "What's Linnea's Daddy's name?"  We all said, "Eric."  Atley said, "I like Eric because he's a goofball."  LOL!!  I roared.  Hey, don't blame me, I just report this stuff.  :)  (Ok ok, AND teach them words like "goofball."  Haha!)  This first picture is also left over from yesterday afternoon.  Atley was down and coaxing Linnea to "get on my back."  Linnea tried to crawl on a couple of times, but the "horse" was too jittery and took off way too fast and too early.  That horse needs some training Linnea.  :) Here are some pictures from this morning's activities;  Another selfie when Linnea was sitting on my lap right after waving bye to Daddy.  I forgot to mention yesterday morning. ...

Linnea ate kix cereal and three servings of mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground turkey (mixed with her avocado), ate whole wheat hamburger bun, most of tomatoes and ate cherries. First picture: Well Svea and Linnea started off the day right where they left off on Friday.  Slinging all the blocks off the shelves.  Haha!  Look at Linnea in the picture; it looks like the stack of 6 blocks is getting the best of her!!  Atley joined the little ones as she likes having some chaos too! Linnea ate brown rice and raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate hamburger stew with meat, carrots, green beans, and tomatoes.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and apricots. First picture: Hey, I have to post a picture of the kids waving at the window about once a month, right?!  Waving at Atley's Momma Megan.  After this picture Atley and Linnea played in the chair and filled it with LOTS of toys.  Why so many toys?  Atley said, "Because we're going camping."  And they had their purses jammed full too.  That part looked pretty realistic to me!!  Haha!! Linnea ate French toast and dried plum for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of pulled pork, bites of whole wheat toast, ate peas, and cantaloupe.  Linnea was still eating in her highchair at breakfast and Svea was done and reading a book.  Linnea could hear Svea (couldn't see her) and asked, "What you need Svea?  What you need?"  SO cute!  She was ready to help her friend. Shortly before lunch Linnea was whining about something.  I asked, "What's wrong Linnea?"  She pointed at Baby Callahan and said, "He try to eat my hair.  I don't like that!"  (It was hard not to roar!!  Too funny!)  "Well I see you managed to get away from him and you still have most of your hair!!" He does love to grab their hair if they get too close. Linnea was listening to some music with one of the little iPods - haha, not really - just a cheap imitation.  The song was "bear went over the mountain....to see what he could see."  Linnea s...

Linnea ate whole wheat toast and two serving of mangoes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef with marinara sauce, whole wheat spaghetti noodles, riced cauliflower (I mixed it with the meat and sauce and she liked that), and ate fruit salad. First picture; Dress up clothes of course!!  Nothing sets off a tutu like a pair of rabbit ears!!  Second picture;  Atley always plays with Linnea when it's just those two here!  (Or those two plus Callahan.) She's showing Linnea where to find the door bell.  (I believe she already knows about it Atley!!  Ha) Next 2 pictures: The kids were being rowdy and scattering blocks again; that is a favorite activity and Atley is one of the main instigators.  I like how Linnea is looking up at me; oh oh everyone, we've got company!!  Haha!!  So we built some sidewalks and they played on those for awhile. Linnea ate toasted & buttered whole wheat bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate shrimp, most of brown rice, most of stir fry vegetables, and ate her raspberries. Here are some pictures from Linnea's morning!  She and Svea were refueling at the water fountain. :) Whenever they hear one of the big kids talking about a drink, they need one too!!  (Notice in the background; Callahan trying to "escape" through the gate!)
